Please read these terms carefully before using sbc4d. By creating an account or placing a bet, you agree to be bound by the provisions set out below.

You must be at least 21 years old and a resident of Indonesia to register and wager on sbc4d. Identity verification via KTP is mandatory.
Each player may hold only one sbc4d account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of any associated funds.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements detailed in Section 7. Bonuses must be claimed within the stated validity period to remain active.
Every deposit and withdrawal on sbc4d is secured with 256-bit SSL encryption. We never store full bank credentials on our servers.
sbc4d provides deposit limits, session timers, and self-exclusion options. Players experiencing difficulties are encouraged to use these controls immediately.
These Terms are governed by internationally recognized gaming regulations. Any disputes will be subject to binding arbitration under international commercial law.

sbc4d reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point and to suspend or terminate any Account where eligibility criteria are not met. Funds held in ineligible accounts may be withheld pending investigation.
Each Player may register and maintain only one active Account on sbc4d. Opening multiple accounts—whether using the same identity, device, household, or payment method—constitutes a material breach of these Terms. sbc4d reserves the right to merge duplicate accounts, confiscate bonus funds obtained through multiple accounts, and permanently ban the Player.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian National ID (KTP), date of birth, valid email address, and active mobile number. Any misrepresentation, including use of a false name, fabricated date of birth, or another person's payment details, will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. sbc4d will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your username and password. You must notify sbc4d support immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your Account.
An Account is considered inactive if there has been no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity for a continuous period of 12 months. sbc4d reserves the right to charge a monthly administrative fee of Rp 25,000 on inactive accounts with a positive balance after providing 30 days' advance written notice via the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance may be archived after 12 months of inactivity.
sbc4d is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. Accordingly, all Players must complete a KYC verification process before making their first withdrawal.
Standard KYC verification is completed within 1–24 hours during business hours (09:00–22:00 WIB). Complex or escalated cases may take up to 72 hours. We will notify you by email and in-app notification upon completion.
sbc4d may request additional documents at any time—particularly for high-value withdrawals or where transaction patterns indicate unusual activity. Failure to provide documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary withdrawal suspension until verification is complete.
sbc4d accepts deposits via the following channels: bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata, Bank Danamon), e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja), and other locally supported payment providers as announced on the Platform from time to time.
Deposits via local bank transfer are processed within 1–5 minutes during operating hours. E-wallet deposits are typically instant. sbc4d does not charge fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
All transactions on sbc4d are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Deposits made in a foreign currency will be converted to IDR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing, which may include a conversion margin.
You confirm that all funds deposited into your sbc4d Account are from a legitimate source and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity. sbc4d reserves the right to freeze or return deposits where the source of funds cannot be satisfactorily verified.
Withdrawals are available to all verified Players (KYC completed) whose real-money balance meets the minimum withdrawal threshold. Players with active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements may not withdraw until those requirements are fulfilled or the bonus is forfeited.
Withdrawals must be directed to a bank account or e-wallet that is registered in your own name and matches the personal details on your verified sbc4d Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited and will trigger an investigation with possible account suspension.
For withdrawals exceeding Rp 10,000,000, sbc4d may request additional source-of-funds documentation before processing. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the Player's part.
All bonuses and promotions offered by sbc4d are subject to specific terms including minimum deposit thresholds, wagering requirements, validity periods, maximum bet sizes, and eligible game contributions. These specific terms are detailed on the individual promotion page and form part of these Terms.
Unless stated otherwise, the default wagering requirement for bonus funds is 30 times (30x) the bonus amount. For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus must generate Rp 3,000,000 in qualifying wagers before it converts to withdrawable real-money balance.
While bonus funds are active, the maximum permitted bet per game round or sports event is Rp 100,000 (or the equivalent in credits). Bets exceeding this amount during an active bonus will void the bonus and any associated winnings.
sbc4d employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including low-risk hedging strategies, coordinated wagering across multiple accounts, and systematic exploitation of bonus terms. Where abuse is identified, sbc4d reserves the right to forfeit the bonus balance, cancel any winnings derived from abusive play, and close the Account.
Bonuses that are not claimed within the specified offer window, and bonus balances that have not fulfilled wagering requirements within the stated validity period, will automatically expire and be removed from the Account without notice.
All games and sports odds on sbc4d are provided by licensed third-party content suppliers (including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi) whose RNG and live-game systems are independently tested and certified by recognized testing laboratories. sbc4d does not manipulate game outcomes.
Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game type and Player Account tier. They are displayed within each game interface or betting market. sbc4d reserves the right to adjust stake limits without prior notice for operational, compliance, or risk-management reasons.
A bet may be declared void if it was accepted in error (e.g., due to a technical fault or incorrect odds), if the underlying sporting event is cancelled or abandoned without a result, or if there is reasonable evidence of match manipulation. Void bets are refunded to the Player's Account at the original stake amount.
Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers-prediction lottery) results on sbc4d are sourced directly from official international draw operators. In the event of a discrepancy between our displayed result and the official result, the official draw result shall prevail and bets will be settled accordingly.
In the event of a software malfunction, system error, or communications failure that affects game play—including erroneously displayed jackpot amounts—sbc4d reserves the right to declare any affected bets void and restore Player balances to their state prior to the affected game round. No compensation will be paid for losses resulting from system malfunctions.

sbc4d strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any Player found to be under 21 will have their account immediately closed, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned where legally permissible.

All content on the sbc4d Platform—including but not limited to website design, graphics, software code, logos, trademarks, game interfaces, written content, and promotional materials—is the exclusive property of sbc4d or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's intellectual property without prior written consent from sbc4d.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sbc4d, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:
In no event shall sbc4d's total liability to you for any cause of action exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount deposited by you in the preceding 30 days, or (b) Rp 1,000,000—whichever is lower. This limitation applies regardless of the form of the claim (contract, tort, or otherwise).
You may request the closure of your sbc4d Account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, any outstanding bonus obligations will be cancelled. Verified real-money balances above Rp 50,000 will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days.
sbc4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or criminal activity, regulatory requirement, commercial decision, or any situation where continued service poses a legal or reputational risk to the Platform.
Upon account closure, all bonus funds are immediately forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned subject to identity verification requirements being satisfied. Obligations that by their nature survive termination—including confidentiality, dispute resolution, and limitation of liability provisions—shall continue in full force.
sbc4d reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via email to your registered address and a prominent notice on the Platform's homepage.
Continued use of the Platform after the amended Terms have taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account as described in Section 13.1.
We recommend that you review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, internationally recognized gaming and commercial law principles applicable to the Platform's licensing jurisdiction.
In the event of a dispute relating to these Terms or any aspect of your use of sbc4d, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our support team. Most disputes are resolved within 5 business days through our internal complaints procedure.
If informal resolution fails, disputes may be escalated to binding arbitration conducted by an independent arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement or, failing that, by the relevant dispute resolution body specified in the Platform's licensing documentation. Arbitration decisions are final and binding on both parties.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted solely on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against sbc4d.
